Yes, or when we turn our minds to some other task. I often also have brilliant ideas in bed at night! It’s hard to capture them because turning n the light makes it hard to get back to sleep 😀 but it’s essential to record them somehow!

I agree that having creative playtime as adults is so valuable. I discovered it later in life and I appreciate it greatly. I feel like a better human, which is good for my family and others around me 🙂

It’s a shame that creative arts are the first programs to get reduced in schools – I find my subconscious mind works out so many things while not deliberately focused on them…

And yay for cartooning 🙂
